To get the press conference started, San Diego FC brought up CEO Tom Penn to the microphone.

He quickly welcomed everyone who was able to make it to the Press Conference. Penn then began Congratulating Sporting Director Typer Heaps, Mikey Varas, and San Diegos FC’s whole Sporting team for “Putting together a Roster” “23 players signed to the first team, that is not an easy thing to do” stated SDFC CEO Tom Penn.

Penn adds how impactful the new signings are and how they round things out around the club as they prepare for the start of the season. “It’s Go Time, and we’re ready to roll.”

Sporting Director Tyler Heaps takes the stage and welcomes the players, “Two players that we have high expectations for.” Heaps talks about how the league revolves around different makers, and how these new signings are “key difference makers”. He finishes off by letting everyone know San Diego FC is ready to “Hit the Ground running” with a few weeks left in Pre-Season.

Head Coach Mikey Varas takes the stage stating how really excited he was for the new signings and jokingly says “we’re a real football club now.”
